Pi is kinda like that. It's managed by Darren Aronofsky. Trippy movie.
First Snow with Guy Pearce is good.
Ravenous another movie with Guy Pearce is a limited different before long maybe what you are looking for passing over and really good.

EDIT: First Snow was over cable the extra day. I think I saw it over ebay because be sweet on $4 or so. It's beautiful good.
