What is a salad with spinach leaves, canned pears, apple slices, candied pecans, and thin clear sauce?

This is not a smart a$$ed answer, but it is a spinach salad.

I can't tell you what the thin clear sauce is made from without tasting it, but you could try this...

1/4 cup white balsamic vinager
2 tbls spoons walnut or sesame oil
1 tblspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup orange juice (mandarin is best)
1/4 olive oil
2 tbls maple syrup
1 tblspn honey.
salt & fresh ground pepper

whisk it all up and you have a nice dressing for your spinach salad.
